DJM Investments is looking for an experienced maintenance technician to help us with apartment maintenance across 3 properties that include 153 apartment units: Slate Run in Lebanon, Hartwick in Tipton, and Concord Square in Kokomo. Based in Lebanon. Competitive pay. Friendly team.
Job details:
Daily work orders
Turning/renovating units when residents move out
Responding to emergencies
Key Traits:
Provide great customer service
Work well with a team
Work with a high level of urgency
Optimistic attitude and mindset
Willing to learn new things/teachable
Plumbing/electrical skillet helps
** Must have experience in maintenance.
** Pay based on experience
