Prime Labor & Staffing is currently hiring for an Apartment Maintenance Tech/ Grounds Keeper to work at a local apartment complex in Fresno. Position is Full-Time Temp to hire, starting ASAP , 8am - 5pm, Mon - Friday Candidate must have a least 2+ plus years of indoor & outdoor maintenance experience.
Skills needed include but are not limited to, general plumbing repair, painting, tile work, grounds and landscape maintenance, knowledge of electrical wiring, carpentry background a plus. Must have great communication and organizational skills.

What is required?
- 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- Pass a drug screen
- Possess a valid California drivers license
