IMPORTANT:

This is a direct hire opportunity. We’re looking for an experienced, dependable, professional Apartment Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a great work ethic to join our team.

Tides on Cambridge is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Las Vegas, NV.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment turns and make-ready units
• Perform general maintenance repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues throughout the property
• Complete preventive maintenance as assigned
• Maintain property grounds and common areas
• Work closely with the property management team to ensure resident satisfaction
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• EPA Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
• HVAC experience is highly preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must have your own basic hand tools
• Reliable transportation
• Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
