We are currently hiring experienced apartment maintenance technicians for communities throughout the Albuquerque area. We are looking for dependable individuals with real multifamily experience who understand the importance of keeping apartment communities safe, clean, and operating efficiently for residents.

Maintenance technicians are a critical part of every apartment community. When something breaks, residents rely on the maintenance team to fix it quickly and professionally. Your work directly impacts resident satisfaction and the overall performance of the property.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Completing service requests inside resident apartments
• Troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Performing unit turns (preparing vacant apartments for new residents)
• Preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Maintaining curb appeal and common areas

Requirements

• Previous multifamily maintenance experience required
• HVAC certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Basic tools required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

• Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed)
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
