Apartment Maintenance Technician

Bandera at Preston Hollow in Dallas, TX has an immediate need for a Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in
• Routine maintenance tasks, minor requests and preventative maintenance
• Assist w/ resident service request in timely maner
• Monitor condition of the community, pick up grounds and report any issues
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling
• Must be willing to perform make ready duties
• HVAC certification and experience is needed
• Must be dependable, have own transportation and be able to complete on-call responsibilities if needed
