Apartment Maintenance Technician / Handyman – $24-$26/hr + Benefits

Envision Real Estate & Management Co. is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician/Handyman for our apartment properties.

$24-$26/hour based on experience

Work includes:

Plumbing and basic electrical repairs

Drywall, painting and carpentry
Basic Appliance troubleshooting
Basic HVAC troubleshooting
Apartment turns
General building repairs and preventative maintenance
Snow removal and seasonal work

Requirements:

1+ year maintenance/handyman experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to work independently and troubleshoot problems
Reliable, professional and good with residents
Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
On-call rotation and some weekends/holidays required
