Apartment Maintenance Technicians and Supervisor Full-Time & Part-Time

Our Company is growing and is looking for dependable, skilled maintenance professionals to join our team. We provide maintenance, unit turns, renovations, and capital improvement services for multifamily apartment communities throughout the Denver Metro area.

Full-Time Maintenance Technicians
Part-Time Maintenance Technicians
Maintenance Supervisors
Renovation Technicians
Responsibilities
Depending on experience and position, responsibilities may include:
Apartment unit turns (make-readies)
General maintenance and repairs
Interior painting and drywall repair
Flooring installation and repairs (LVP, carpet, tile)
Cabinet, trim, and finish carpentry
Bathroom and kitchen repairs
Fixture replacement
Basic plumbing repairs
Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
HVAC diagnostics and repairs (license/certification preferred)
Work order completion
Preventative maintenance
Coordination with property managers, residents, vendors, and subcontractors
Supervising field crews and maintaining quality standards (Supervisors)

Qualifications:

We're looking for individuals who are dependable, professional, and take pride in producing quality work.
Preferred qualifications include:
2+ years of apartment maintenance, residential maintenance, renovation, or construction experience
Experience performing work independently across multiple trades
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required
Additional Qualifications for Maintenance Supervisors
Prior experience leading maintenance teams
Experience planning unit turns and renovation schedules
Ability to coordinate subcontractors and vendors
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience estimating repairs and ordering materials is a plus
