What You'll Do:

Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner

Prepare apartments for new residents (make-readies)
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, and other building systems
Perform preventive maintenance
Maintain curb appeal and assist with grounds as needed
Participate in the rotating on-call schedule
Deliver excellent customer service to residents

What We're Looking For:

Apartment maintenance experience preferred

Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, drywall, or general maintenance
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Reliable transportation
EPA Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire - WE REIMBURSE YOU!)
