Possibility of discounted rent to live onsite;

Ideal candidate will be able to do many of the skills below. If you aren't able to do them all, please still apply and let us know which items you are able to do.

Do drywall patch, texture, paint

Cleaning units to move in ready standards including doing trash out
Mop/Clean hallways and basements
Pick trash daily in parking lot and grounds
Landscaping: mowing, edging, bush trimming, weed pulling/spraying
Spray for bugs
Electrical: replace switches, GFCIs, lights
HVAC: install furnace
HVAC: install AC and air handler
HVAC: repair HVAC systems
Plumbing: install valves, address leaks, replace faucets and under sink plumbing
Plumbing: replace shower valves and tubs, water heaters, stacks
Install blinds
Go on roof and clean debris from gutters
Remove and install new kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity
Cut and install quartz countertops with under mount sinks
Install LVP flooring
Install baseboards
