Experienced Apartment Make-Ready Crews Needed – San Antonio
We are looking for dependable 2–3 person crews for ongoing apartment make-ready work.
10–15+ units per week available.
Typical work may include:
- Interior painting/touch-up
- Drywall/texture repairs
- Doors, trim & hardware
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Minor electrical fixture replacement
- Cabinets/counter repairs
- Punch-list items & general make-ready work
Must have reliable transportation, tools, good communication and be able to complete units on schedule.
This is subcontractor/crew work, not an hourly employee position.
