Make-Ready Subcontractors Wanted — Apartment Turns (San Antonio, South Side)

We own and manage several apartment communities on the south side of San Antonio, from Brooks City Base to Lackland Air Base We're adding 2–4 experienced crews to the 6–8 we already run.

Full scope only. You need to take a unit start to finish — we don't hire crews for pieces of a turn.

Scope: interior paint, two-color (walls, trim, cabinets) with Kilz as needed · sheetrock patch, tape, float, spray texture · light electrical and plumbing · ceiling fans and light fixtures · vanity cabinets, countertops, faucets · trim and doors · occasional kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks · tub stripping and resurfacing · tub surrounds and 12" tile · 1" blinds · smoke detectors · full clean, move-in ready.

Pay, per unit, by scope:

Light: $850–$1,200

Medium: $1,000–$1,500
Heavy: $1,700–$2,200

We walk every unit with you and agree on a price before you start. All crews are paid as close to the same as we can keep it. Work is inspected before payment.
