Apartment punch work and maintenance

We are looking for sub-contractors (not businesses) to do piecework punches and hourly work orders.

Unit turn punch work for piece work
Our company needs motivated individuals to service multi family complexes. This is sub contractor work and must have all tools that apply to apartment maintenance work.
Requirements:
W9 required
Proof of drivers license and social security card to begin work
Weekly pay
Must conduct yourself in a professional manner
Reliable transportation
Need to keep detailed log of work orders completed
Must have your own tools
