Apartment Renovation & Turnover Technician

We are seeking an experienced all-around Renovation & Turnover Technician to handle full apartment turnovers in the Altoona, PA area. Someone who can walk into a vacant unit and get it move-in ready from top to bottom.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Full interior painting of units
*Drywall patching & spackle
*Vinyl flooring installation
*Subfloor prep & leveling
*General repairs & maintenance
*Door, lock & hardware repairs
*Caulking, sealing & trim work
*Preparing units for new tenants

REQUIREMENTS:

*Minimum 5 years of experience
*Able to work independently and manage your time on the job
*Reliable transportation required
*Dependable, professional, and punctual
