Apartment Turn Painter for Remodels

Apartment turn painter needed for sub-contracting work for interior apartment renovation painting and drywall repairs. Looking for trustworthy, punctual and independently motivated individuals. Units are vacant and being prepared for new tenant. We are looking for 1 or 2 two man crews for paint work Monday through Friday.

Must have apartment turn painting experience and drywall repair experience. Must have reliable transportation and equipment: sprayer, brushes, rollers, etc. Tub resurfacing experience a plus.

Compensation is per contract/apartment
1 Bedroom color change (2 coats) including ceilings, walls, doors, and trim $600
2 Bedroom color change (2 coats) including ceilings, walls, doors, and trim $750

Minor Drywall Repairs (Standard for each unit)
$200

Cabinets prepped, primed and painted (Boxes only; no doors)
1 Bedroom units $300
2 Bedroom units $350
