🔨 **NOW HIRING – APARTMENT TURNOVER & REPAIR TECHNICIAN**
We are looking for a **reliable, experienced repair/maintenance person** to help with apartment turnovers and general repairs.
🛠️ **Responsibilities include:**
- Apartment turnover work
- Painting & patching
- Drywall repairs
- Basic plumbing & electrical repairs
- Installing fixtures, doors, shelves, etc.
- General handyman and maintenance work
- Keeping apartments clean and ready for new tenants
- Must have **reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license**
- Must **speak and understand English**
- Must have experience with general apartment repairs/maintenance
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Must be able to respond to jobs in a timely manner
