Apparel & Awards Shop Helper – Flexible Hours

Part-Time Shop Helper: Start at $19.00/hr - Pay grows as you learn new skills and gain experience.

Small family-owned custom apparel shop looking for a part-time helper who wants to grow with us long-term. Friendly, family-style environment — busy at times, but low-key, and the boss actually cares that people go home on time.

What the job looks like:

• Screen printing, embroidery, and heat pressing
• Building trophies, cleaning screens, general shop upkeep
• A little of everything — machinery one day, customers or computer work the next
• We also sell trophies and awards, so you'll help with those too

Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs occasionally / stand for long periods
• Comfortable with a range of tasks — from machinery to computer work
• Willing to learn, reliable, shows up on time
• Able to keep a steady, reasonable pace — especially when orders are due
• Can keep a clean workspace (the job gets messy sometimes)
• Drug-free workplace

Nice to have:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English), able to type
• Experience in a fast-paced environment like fast food service

Experience:
None needed — happy to train the right person.

Schedule:
15–20 hrs/week to start, with up to 40 hrs available during busier times of year. Mostly Monday–Friday, occasional weekends.
Monday–Thursday: 7 AM–6 PM | Friday: 9 AM–6 PM (flexible within these windows)
