We are looking for both experienced appliance repair technicians and motivated candidates with no experience who want to build a long-term career.

A 2-3 week hands-on field apprenticeship is provided for new technicians.

WHAT WE OFFER:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Professional appearance
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Purchase your own tools after training (experienced technicians may use their own)
• Maintain general liability insurance (approximately $70/month). We can help you obtain coverage.
• Pay a one-time $190 California Appliance Repair Registration fee to the Sacramento state office.
• Must operate as an S Corporation or an LLC with S Corporation tax election.
• We do not contract with individuals. If you don't have a company, we can help you set one up.

COMPENSATION:

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• 50/50 commission split
• Paid for every completed repair
• Typical earnings: $1,000-$2,500 per week depending on experience and productivity.
