We are looking for experienced appliance repair technicians and motivated candidates with no experience who want to build a long-term career in appliance repair.
🛠 New technicians receive a 2–3 week hands-on apprenticeship and training program in the field and at our warehouse.
⚠️ The apprenticeship/training period is unpaid.

📋 REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle 🚗
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Professional appearance and communication
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Own vehicle required for service calls
• Technicians must purchase their own tools after training 🔧
• Experienced technicians can use their existing tools
• General liability insurance required — approximately $70/month. We can help you obtain coverage.
• California Appliance Repair Registration required — approximately $190 one-time state fee
• Must operate through an S Corporation or LLC taxed as an S Corporation
• We do not contract directly with individuals/sole proprietors
• We can assist with setting up the company if needed

💰 COMPENSATION

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• 50/50 commission split
• Paid based on completed repair jobs
• $1,000–$2,500 per week, depending on experience and productivity
• Maximum weekly compensation: $2,500
