No problem. We will train mechanically inclined individuals who have a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing team serving Hillsborough County and the surrounding areas (Pinellas County, Pasco County, Hernando County, Polk County, Sumter County, Manatee County, Sarasota County).
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician or a mechanically inclined individual looking to build a long-term career in the appliance repair industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, and microwaves
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally to customers
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Able to drive 1+hr to some locations
- Familiar with Google Calendar
- Schedule and communicate directly with customers
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous appliance repair experience preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
- Ability to lift and move appliances when necessary
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to learn appliance repair techniques and participate in ongoing training
Applicants MUST HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE suitable for daily travel between service appointments throughout Hillsborough county and surrounding areas.

Compensation
This position offers a guaranteed base pay plus commission on completed repairs. High-performing technicians have the opportunity to earn substantially above their base salary through commissions.
