*** APPRENTICE CARPENTER WANTED ***

We are a Long Beach Termite company providing 5 Star service to residential customers for over 15 years. We are looking for an individual for full-time employment who has basic carpentry skills. We are not looking for a master carpenter. We are looking for a second person to work with our lead crew man who can grow into a lead man position and eventually run their own truck. You should be somewhat familiar with residential repairs, know how to use all of the hand tools, and you must be coachable as we are in a niche business that is unique and requires a different approach than new construction, remodels, and additions. Your own transportation is needed to get to the job site; your own tools are a plus but not necessary. Some of our common repairs are to roof sheathing, rafter ends, fascia, barge rafters, windowsills/frames, door sills/frames, patios, decks, siding, and more. We do quite a bit of Bondo/patching and painting in conjunction with our repairs so a painter who has some repair experience could be a good fit.

Compensation is $25 to $30 per hour for those reliable, honest, and hardworking individuals that want to be a part of our team.
