Apprentice Electrician Position

Primary Electric Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Apprentice Electrician to join our growing team specializing in residential remodel and smaller electrical projects.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced apprentice electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship and has a passion for residential electrical systems. This role focuses on remodeling projects, service calls, and smaller residential installations where attention to detail and customer service are paramount.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as an apprentice electrician (documented by the State of Minnesota)
• Experience in residential & commercial electrical work
• Experience with remodel and renovation projects
• Knowledge of current NEC and Minnesota electrical codes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with panel upgrades, service changes, and electrical troubleshooting
• Familiarity with smart home technologies and modern electrical systems
• Currently working toward a Journeyworker Electrician License
