Apprentice Glazier for Commercial Glass Shop ( Non-Union )

We are a busy commercial glass shop in the South Bay area. Our growing business is looking for the right person to join our team. This is a great entry level position with the opportunity to learn the trade of glazing. We are willing to train individuals with construction skills and experience.

Any experience with glass, windows, or shower doors is a plus!

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Written and verbal English skills.
• Previous experience in construction or related field

• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
• Ability to carry, lift and hold glass or windows.

• Ability to comfortably and safely work on ladders, scaffolding and lifts.
• California drivers license with a record acceptable to our insurance.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Respect of co-workers and customers.

- Work independently and with a team.

SUMMARY:

You will be assisting in the safe and successful installations of tub and shower enclosures, various glass, mirrors, windows, doors, door hardware, skylights, handrails in commercial and residential settings.

PAY:

Hourly (DOE), Sick Pay, PTO
