Journeyman & Apprentice Electricians – Data Center Project – San Diego, CA

Journeyman: up to $39/hr
Apprentice: up to $27/hr
Schedule: 5 days / 8 hours
Commitment: 1 month estimation

Workify Staffing is hiring Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians for a data center project in the San Diego area. If you have a solid background in commercial electrical installation and want steady work on a major project, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in a fast-paced data center environment
• Underground and rough-in installations, including hand bending EMT
• Work with other electricians and crew members to complete work efficiently and accurately
• Follow safety and quality standards, including the NEC
• Work at heights, lift heavy materials, and stand for extended periods
• Keep a clean, organized work area with strong attention to detail

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of commercial electrical installation experience
• Apprenticeship program enrollment (current or prior) preferred
• Proficient with all electrical trade materials, including underground and rough-in
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety
