We're hiring an Industrial Masonry Apprentice to join our team based out of Liberty, MO. This is a hands-on, skilled-trade role building and maintaining industrial structures like furnaces, kilns, and factory installations using specialty materials such as refractory mortar and reinforced concrete.

Previous masonry, concrete, or foundation experience is a big plus — but not required. We'll train the right person. Some welding experience is required.

Pay & Schedule

• $24/hour
• Full-time schedule: part-time local work + part-time travel (approx. 15 days/month traveling)
• 12-hour workdays while traveling
• Lots of overtime available
• All travel expenses covered by the client: transportation, lodging, and food per diem
• Work at the Liberty facility when not traveling

What You'll Do

• Prep materials for masonry and construction work
• Lay out and set masonry units
• Apply mortar and finish surfaces
• Help construct, repair, install, and maintain industrial structures (furnaces, kilns, factories)
• Ensure structural integrity and a safe work environment on every job

What We're Looking For

• Strong, proven work ethic
• Some welding experience (not extensive)
• Able to pass a drug test and background check
• Must live within 50 miles of Liberty, MO
