Aquaflow is seeking a highly experienced plumbing professional to serve as our Plumbing Project Coordinator.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned plumber who wants to step away from physically demanding fieldwork while continuing to use their knowledge and expertise every day.
No hands-on plumbing. No heavy lifting. No getting dirty.
You’ll work primarily from our Pompano Beach office, coordinating customers, plumbers, site surveys, and installations to ensure every project is completed accurately, professionally, and on schedule.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Plumbing Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for keeping every customer and installation moving forward. Your duties will include:
Following up consistently with customers
Ensuring each customer has a qualified plumber assigned
Scheduling and confirming site surveys
Making sure surveys and required documentation are completed on time
Answering plumbing and installation-related questions
Communicating clearly with customers, plumbers, installers, and Aquaflow team members
Confirming appointments, project requirements, and next steps
Identifying potential installation issues before they cause delays
Tracking multiple customers and installations at the same time
Maintaining accurate, detailed, and organized project records
Ensuring every commitment, deadline, and follow-up is completed on time
Providing occasional on-site support or local travel when necessary
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
This is not an entry-level position. The successful candidate must have extensive, real-world plumbing experience and a strong understanding of plumbing systems, installations, job-site conditions, and common field challenges.
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly experienced in the plumbing industry
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
Reliable, punctual, and deadline-driven
Persistent and disciplined with follow-ups
Able to manage multiple projects without losing track of details
Professional and confident when speaking with customers
Skilled at communicating with plumbers and other tradespeople
Able to explain technical information in clear, simple language
Proactive about identifying and solving problems
Comfortable using email, phone, scheduling software, and computer systems
Accountable and committed to completing every task
Available to work full-time from our Pompano Beach office
