What You'll Do

Lead the installation of architectural sheet metal systems, including flashings, panels, trims, coping, fascia, and other custom components. Interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accurate and efficient installation. Coordinate daily job site activities and provide guidance to crew members to maintain productivity and quality standards. Mentor and train less experienced installers, helping develop technical skills and safe work practices. Perform advanced measuring, cutting, bending, fitting, and assembly using hand and power tools. Conduct quality inspections throughout projects to ensure workmanship meets company and customer expectations. Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and field personnel to resolve installation challenges and maintain project schedules. Promote and enforce safe work practices while maintaining clean, organized, and efficient job sites. Travel to project locations as required.

What We're Looking For
3+ years of architectural sheet metal, roofing, exterior cladding, carpentry, or related construction experience preferred. Strong understanding of construction drawings, measurements, layouts, and installation techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required). Willingness to travel for project needs.
