Architectural TIG Welder
Location: Houston, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time

Hybrid Fab is a growing architectural metals contractor specializing in high-end custom metal fabrication and installation for commercial projects throughout Texas. We are currently looking for a skilled Architectural TIG Welder with 3–5 years of experience to join our fabrication shop.

Responsibilities:
TIG weld stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel to architectural standards.
Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication details.
Fabricate custom architectural metal products including railings, panels, decorative metals, and miscellaneous metals.
Grind, polish, and finish welds to an architectural finish.
Maintain tight tolerances and produce clean, high-quality welds.
Work safely while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with shop supervisors and fabrication team to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of architectural TIG welding experience required.
Experience welding stainless steel is required.
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Experience with fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, and layout tools.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fabrication shop environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with architectural railings, decorative metals, or ornamental metal fabrication.
Ability to fabricate from start to finish with minimal supervision.
MIG welding experience is a plus.
