This role is a great fit if you:
-Have 3–5+ years of professional painting experience
-Can confidently handle prep, interior, exterior, fine finish, and detailed work
-Have experience in high-end residential and/or commercial painting
-Take pride in clean, professional results
- Work well with others and communicate professionally
-Are confident in your skills, but still open to learning new systems and techniques

Skills We’re Looking For:

• Surface prep, patching, sanding, masking, caulking
• Brush, roll, and spray application
• Knowledge of painting materials, coatings, and finishes

-Ability to select, mix, and apply products properly
-Familiarity with residential, commercial, and construction painting techniques
- Comfortable using professional tools and equipment

Schedule:
-4–6 days per week, depending on workload
-Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
-Optional Saturdays (overtime paid at time-and-a-half)
