ASBESTOS ABATEMENT PROJ MGR OR C-22 SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced Asbestos Abatement Project Manager or C-22 Supervisor to join our team and oversee abatement operations from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands regulatory requirements, can manage field crews, and takes pride in completing projects safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage asbestos abatement projects from planning through completion.
• Supervise field crews and ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA, SCAQMD, and DTSC regulations.
• Coordinate project scheduling, logistics, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and ensure proper containment, safety, and work practices.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and required records.
• Communicate professionally with property owners, insurance adjusters, consultants, and internal teams.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance management for abatement technicians.
• Monitor project quality, safety, production, and client satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in asbestos abatement as a Project Manager, Journeyman, Foreman, or Supervisor.
• AHERA Supervisor Certification required.
• Strong working knowledge of asbestos abatement regulations and procedures.
• Experience working with Cal/OSHA, SCAQMD, and DTSC requirements.
• Ability to read project specifications, understand scopes of work, and manage documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in the field, including occasional extended hours or weekends when project schedules require.
