Established Construction & Environmental Services Company is Hiring

We are seeking dependable and experienced Asbestos Abatement Workers to join our environmental services team. Candidates will perform asbestos abatement, hazardous-material removal, demolition, containment, and cleanup on residential and commercial projects.

Job Responsibilities

Perform asbestos abatement and removal according to project requirements and safety regulations.

Set up containment areas, critical barriers, decontamination units, and negative-air systems.

Properly use HEPA vacuums, air filtration equipment, PPE, and respiratory protection.

Remove, package, label, and prepare asbestos-containing materials for proper disposal.

Perform selective demolition and environmental cleanup.

Follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA, and project requirements.

Maintain clean and organized work areas.

Properly maintain assigned tools and safety equipment.

Complete required daily documentation and follow supervisor instructions.

Travel to different job sites as required.

Qualifications

Previous asbestos abatement or environmental remediation experience preferred.

Current asbestos-related training/certifications applicable to the position are strongly preferred.

Ability to wear a respirator and required PPE.

Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working in containment areas.

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Valid driver's license preferred.

Ability to work overtime, weekends, or emergency projects when required.

Must be safety-conscious and able to work effectively as part of a team.
