Advantage Asphalt is hiring experienced, hardworking people to join our asphalt paving and milling crews in Montana.

We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, show up ready to work, and want to be part of a professional crew. If you have asphalt, heavy equipment, trucking, or construction experience, we want to hear from you!
Open Positions:

• Screed Operator
• Roller Operator
• Asphalt Mill Crew- Class A CDL Required
• Lowboy Truck Driver – Class A CDL
