We are a local, specialized asphalt paving company known for high-quality residential and commercial work in the Coeur d' Alene and Spokane area. We are a tight-knit crew that values reliability, hard work, and precision. We are looking for an experienced Paver Operator to join our team and help us deliver smooth, professional results on every job site.
Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Expertly operate the paving machine (Paver) to spread asphalt at specified depths and grades.
Quality Control: Monitor asphalt flow, screen height, and mat thickness to ensure a high-quality finish.
Maintenance: Perform pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance to keep the machine in peak operating condition.
Safety: Maintain a safe work environment and follow all job site safety protocols.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating an asphalt paver (LeeBoy, Cat, Weiler, etc.).
Technical Skill: Solid understanding of asphalt depths, screed adjustments, and temperature requirements.
Reliability: Strong work ethic and dependable transportation to job sites or our shop.
