Asphalt Sealcoat Technician
Description
Ox Asphalt is hiring 2-3 Asphalt Sealcoat Technicians for the 2026 season. No experience required, we train you from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Apply sealcoating to residential driveways and commercial parking lots
- Perform crack sealing and asphalt patching
- Assist with parking lot line striping
- Prep job sites (cleaning, edging, blowing debris)
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- $18-$24/hr based on experience
- Weekly pay every Friday
- Paid training from day one
- Overtime available
- Clear path to a Crew Leader role
- Small crew environment where your work matters
- Reliable and on time, every day
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat
- Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Construction, landscaping, or labor background is a plus
