Assembly & Installation Partners (Independent Contractors)

Indie Ventures is looking for skilled Assembly & Installation Technicians to join our Solutionist Network. We partner with independent contractors (solo or small crews) for the professional assembly of fitness equipment, RTA furniture, outdoor structures like sheds, gazebos, etc., and commercial fixtures across the Metro Atlanta area.

This is a project-based partnership. We don’t promise "40 hours a week," but we do provide access to a variety of high-quality local projects.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Total Flexibility: You choose the projects that fit your existing schedule. No minimums required.
If you accept a job, it's your job to complete.

Competitive Pay: Project-based piece pay typically ranging from $125-$500/project depending on the project.

Professional Support: Partner with a local business that values contractors, the specialty trades and quality craftsmanship.

Growth: Opportunity to take on larger commercial or residential installations as the network expands.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Experienced Techs: 1+ years in professional assembly (furniture, gazebos, or fitness equipment).

The Right Tools: You must own your own cordless drill/impact driver and basic hand tools, 6 ft ladder, hand truck, and moving blankets/something to protect floors with.

Professional Standards: Punctual, respectful, and able to solve on-site assembly issues independently. Professional demeanor is a must.

Business Ready: You must have reliable transportation and carry (or be willing to get) General Liability Insurance. Once again professional demeanor is a must.
