Position Summary
Panda Windows & Doors is seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Line Workers to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling high-quality custom window and door systems while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assemble custom aluminum window and door systems according to production specifications and work orders.
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assembly tasks.
Install hardware, gaskets, glass components, weatherstripping, and other window and door components.
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Read and interpret production documents, drawings, and assembly instructions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Communicate production issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors.
Assist with packaging, staging, and movement of completed products as needed.
Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality workmanship.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Manufacturing, assembly, construction, or warehouse experience preferred.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to learn and follow established processes.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Position Summary:
The General Laborer will assist with various tasks in the manufacturing process, including material handling, equipment operation, assembly, and shop maintenance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with assembly and preparation of materials for production.
Operate basic shop equipment and tools safely.
Load and unload materials, products, and supplies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead.
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday – Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm
Occasional overtime as needed.
