Assistant Construction working foreman

Busy construction company looking for a working assistant foreman.

We would like for you to have the following skills or capabilities:
trustworthy
varied construction knowledge from framing to finish carpentry to mechanical plumbing/electric
job site Spanish/English
ability to communicate with management throughout day
previous leadership skills on a construction site
own tools
ability to schedule and manage other team members
ability to manage materials

Full time / 40 hours per week, job sites within city of Los Angeles
