Assistant Maintenance

Southhampton Management is seeking an Assistant Maintenance for a lease-up Class A+ property in Spring. Must be EPA certified, have prior apartment maintenance experience including, A/C's, appliances, make-readies, and general apartment maintenance work. Must have valid D.L. and own tools. Responsibilities include running tickets, A/C work, make-readies, pool maintenance, grounds. This is a hands-on position where teamwork plays a major role.
Will be on the on-call rotation. If you are not EPA certified please do not apply for the job.
