Description
Lion Raisin is seeking a hands-on manager to work closely with executive and production staff. Individuals will be required to manage a variety of divisions such as production, maintenance, sanitation, and clerical. Training will be provided. Individuals must have the ability to take on new challenges and meet production goals. Compensation is based on experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years Supervisor experience
- Basic knowledge of mechanics and machinery a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant experience
- Strong organizational and scheduling crew ability
- Ability to meet production schedules
- Have the ability to be a self-starter
