**Farnsworth Builders** is a leading Los Angeles builder specializing in architectural custom homes and luxury residential construction. We work closely with top architects, designers, and homeowners to deliver exceptional homes with a focus on quality, communication, and attention to detail.
We are seeking an **Assistant Project Manager** who is eager to grow within a high-end residential construction environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with field experience who wants to expand their project management skills while working alongside experienced builders and project managers.
### What You'll Do
- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination.
- Support scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project documentation.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries.
- Track project progress and help maintain construction schedules.
- Attend jobsite meetings and assist with client and architect communications.
- Help identify and resolve field issues before they impact the schedule.
- Maintain organized project records, reports, and jobsite documentation.
- Uphold Farnsworth Builders' standards for quality, professionalism, and craftsmanship.
- 2–5 years of residential construction experience.
- Hands-on construction knowledge with an understanding of residential building practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-through.
- Comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment.
- Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar software is a plus.
- Ability to read plans and understand construction sequencing.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire for long-term growth.
