Assistant Site Superintendent

Forty-year-old construction company seeking an assistant site superintendent to help oversee commercial remodel work in Sparks.
Daytime work, four to twelve months at Sparks location, possibly leading to permanence if you're a good fit and are willing to travel to other areas for work in Nv. Ca. Ore. Wa. Az. Id.

The ideal candidate would have a well-rounded understanding of all phases of construction work and the ability to interact articulately with clients and sub-contractors. Must possess basic computer skills, be safety-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn our processes.

Own truck. Osha 30 or willing to obtain within first two weeks on the job. Must be able to pass background check, drug test, and have current DL and insurance. This job will require occasional heavy-lifting, bending, stooping, ladder climbing etc...
