Assistant Superintendent / Mechanic / Grounds Keeper

There is one Assistant Superintendent position available at Restlawn Park Cemetery. You must have some mechanical experience, and a clean driving record with a valid driver's license because this job will come with a company vehicle for off property work. I do not need a certified mechanic, but I need someone with the ability to diagnose a problem and make moves to resolve the issue. It would be beneficial to have experience in grounds maintenance and/ or running a grounds crew. This position would be second in command on our property but will have other obligations off property as well. This is why a clean driving record is REQUIRED. This is also a outside job, so fitness and ability to work in the elements are a must.

We are primarily looking to hire good, hard-working, and reliable individual that wants to grow with our company. It is a full-time position. Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 2:30 pm, and MOST Saturdays depending on burials. This can be flexible to an extent, but probably not. A typical Saturday’s hours are 10:00 am to 2:00 however that changes often. If accepted, you would receive paid holidays after 90 days, paid vacation, and 401K opportunities after your first year and access to a company vehicle.
