looking for a assistant superintendent that will do some finish carpentry, punch list, set hollow metal frames and light framing. needs to be knowledgeable in all carpentry skills. 5 years experience Needs to be able to communicate with owners of the projects as well as with the subcontractors. You will be working on both single family homes and multi-family units.
