Assistant to Handyman for Restaurant Group

Seeking an Assistant to work under the instruction of our Handyman, for a hospitality group in Chelsea.

Duties/Responsibilities
-Cleaning and organizing storage areas
-Changing lightbulbs
-Power washing exterior sidewalks
-Some heavy lifting and general maintenance
-Occasional overnight special projects
-Painting touch ups

Successful candidates should be efficient and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.

Hourly pay rate from $22-$25 per hour, based on experience
