Assistant to Lead Finisher

Atelier Viollet is looking for an assistant to our Lead Finisher. We are a high-end furniture and interior paneling manufacturing company that primarily serves the design industry. We have been around for over 35 years and maintain a small, but dynamic and talented team.

Tasks may vary on a day-to-day/project-by-project basis.

Required skills & attributes:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional finishing experience with formal training
• Proficient in all standard finishes and finishing practices (sanding, spraying, staining, etc.), including knowledge of standard industry products
• Excellent time management & organizational skills
• Good work ethic
• Ability to maintain a level-headedness in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity & creativity in working with new finishes
