ATL rental-property vendors needed — recurring work available

Up&Up is adding reliable insured vendors for recurring rental-property work across the Atlanta metro, primarily south of I20 covering Airport to Palmetto, Jonesboro, McDonough, Covington

Current trades needed:

• Plumbing
• Sewer and drain
• Interior/exterior painting
• Roofing repairs
• Tree trimming/removal/haul-off
• HVAC service and repair

Work may include occupied maintenance tickets, vacant turns, quote-only inspections, emergency work, and small-to-medium repair jobs.

Requirements:

• Active insurance; COI required before dispatch
• W-9 required before payment
• License required for plumbing, HVAC, sewer/drain, and any other regulated work
• Must service rental homes across the Atlanta metro
• Must provide clear before/after photos and written quotes when requested
• Must be responsive by phone/text and able to give availability windows
• Must be willing to complete a small paid trial job before being added to preferred rotation
