AdaCo Construction is looking for experienced crews for ongoing vacant SFR turns.

Interior painting
LVP/flooring
Drywall/texture repairs
Doors & trim
Minor plumbing/electrical
Punch work
Cleaning

Homes are vacant. Recurring volume. Scope and pricing provided before start.

Especially interested in existing 2–5 person crews that can complete an entire turn.

Must have tools, transportation and insurance.
