Job Title: Experienced Burglary Alarm Technician (Hardwired Systems & Video Surveillance)

Location: Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties, FL

Compensation: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

We are a well-established security company specializing in high-end custom homes and commercial properties throughout South Florida. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Burglary Alarm Technician to join our team.

About the Role

You will install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced security systems for premium residential and commercial clients. This is a field-based position with a company vehicle provided for job travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and repair hardwired burglary alarm systems
• Set up and maintain video surveillance systems (cameras, NVRs, etc.)
• Perform low-voltage wiring and integrations
• Provide professional on-site service for high-end custom homes and commercial properties
• Travel daily within Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with hardwired alarm systems, video surveillance, and low-voltage wiring
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
