TSP Painting - Austin Area Subcontractor Questions
Job description:
Are you a painter worried about staying busy this fall? Stressed about when you'll find your next project and keeping your schedule full?
You can stop worrying. We are looking to add one or two more teams to our Texas Star Painting family to help us in this busy season. We work with higher end clients, so we need neat, clean, efficient, and dependable paint teams. We are transparent and clear in our pricing and your pay.
Because we want the best paint crews, we are looking for both full-time and part-time - with the hope of becoming full time crews one day. But we can start slow if you want to do a few projects to start with as we earn trust with each other. We have several crews that have been with us for 10-15 years because we treat it as a true win-win business partnership.
A full time crew of 2 generally makes $100,000 or more per year. ($500-$650 per day average)
A full time crew of 3 generally makes $150,000 or more per year ($700-$850 per day average)
A full time crew of 4 generally makes $200,000 or more per year. ($1,000+ per day)
We Pay Weekly! Check, Zelle, Venmo. We also pay draws on larger jobs - to help pay your crew - until job completion.
Additional bonuses available for 5 star customer reviews as well.
We are looking for business partners that care about quality and customer service. If you are highly skilled at painting, friendly, polite, organized and dependable - we can keep you as busy as you want to be. We are looking for great people to partner with for years to come. We have two crew leaders who have been with us for over 14+ years and counting!
We have projects ready to go this week. Want to learn more?
