Austin TX 2nd Shift General Laborer – Outdoor Maintenance

We’re hiring General Laborers to support field maintenance crews with hands‑on outdoor work. This role is ideal for reliable workers who don’t mind physical labor and enjoy working outside in all conditions.

What You’ll Do

Pick up debris and maintain clean work areas

Fill potholes and assist with basic road/ground repairs

Perform hand vegetation removal (brush, weeds, overgrowth)

Clean and clear ditches, culverts, and drainage areas

Assist crew leaders with general labor and site tasks

Use hand tools and follow all safety procedures

What You Bring

Ability to work outdoors in all weather

Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding tasks

Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Experience with outdoor labor, landscaping, or construction is a plus (not required)

Willingness to follow direction and work as part of a crew
