Auto 12-Volt Tech / Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto 12-volt Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will specialize in diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems related to the vehicle’s 12-volt electrical components, including lighting, audio systems, alarms, and other electronic accessories. Your expertise will ensure vehicles are operating safely and efficiently, providing our customers with reliable automotive solutions. Responsibilities

• Install and repair vehicle lighting, audio systems, alarms, and other electronic accessories
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Conduct thorough inspections of electrical wiring, connectors, and circuits for safety and performance
• Assist in auto restoration projects by troubleshooting electrical systems and replacing faulty parts
• Follow safety protocols when handling heavy lifting tasks or working with heavy automotive parts
• Diagnose and repair 12-volt electrical systems in automobiles, including audio systems, lighting, alarms, and other electronic components.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products or upgrades, and explain technical features clearly.
• Manage inventory levels of parts and accessories, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely reordering.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales progress, and service history for seamless follow-up and relationship building.
• Upsell high-end products and services by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions confidently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive electrical repair or auto electronics installation is highly preferred.
• Strong outside sales skills with a track record of building B2B relationships and closing high-end deals.
• Excellent negotiation abilities combined with outstanding communication skills in multiple languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software, basic computer skills, and retail math principles to support efficient operations.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
